Jennifer Aniston Talks About Pitt and Breakup

Jennifer Aniston recently sat down in Inside the Actor's Studio hot seat, to talk about her road to stardom, and all the little bumps along the way. Though there to promote her new film, Horrible Bosses, most of Aniston's emotions poured out when asked about her time on Friends.

 

"It's one of the greatest jobs I ever had," the 42-year-old star said. "It gave me everything. It gave me this ridiculously blessed life and career and taught me so much, and it's the best time I ever had."

And when the show came to an end, Aniston admitted that it was very hard to let go.

"It was just awful. The last scene, we just wept, cried our eyes out, in front of the whole show," she said. "A couple of us stayed really late and we crawled up to the roof of stage 24 and we drank champagne and just watched the sunrise. It was really wonderful."

But, as she moved on to make movies, it was her personal life that she pulled from to connect to her characters. After divorcing Brad Pitt in 2005, Aniston filmed The Breakup with Vince Vaughn, and felt making the flick was essential in her healing.

"It was just a beautiful story about a couple breaking up. And I was slightly familiar on the topic and the issue. And I sort of honestly felt like, what a great way to sort of exercise some of that," she said. "I enjoyed it. It really enjoyed it. You would think otherwise, because even the producers were like, 'I don't know if we should ask you to do this,' but I was like, why not? Turn the page, let's move on."

Now, in a sexy new romance with actor Justin Theroux, Aniston seems to have put the past way behind her and is enjoying every moment of that very "blessed" life.
